Trial, Pro plans, and usage allowances

See what uses a generation, export, or AI rewrite, when limits reset, and how to cancel Pro.

What the trial and Pro include

Your first verified sign-in starts a one-time 14-day trial: 3 generations, 3 new exports, and 10 AI rewrite requests, with no card required. Pro costs US$19 per month and includes 100 generations, 100 new exports, and 300 AI rewrite requests per billing period.

What uses an allowance

A generation or new export reserves one allowance while it runs and uses it on success. A confirmed failure returns the reservation. AI rewrite requests have a separate limit and count even if they fail. Manual editing uses no allowance. Open Usage to see remaining amounts and work in progress.

New exports and repeat downloads

Each new PDF or PNG ZIP uses one export allowance. Downloading the same successful export again uses none. You can also recreate its expired file from the saved task without using another export, as long as the project, task version, and referenced images remain available. Editing and exporting a new version uses a new allowance.

Renewal and cancellation

Pro renews monthly. Allowances reset on your billing date and unused amounts do not roll over. Choose Manage billing for Stripe invoices, payment details, and cancellation. Cancellation stops the next renewal and takes effect at the end of the paid period; it does not automatically refund a payment.

If payment is still being checked

Returning from checkout does not confirm payment by itself. Your paid allowance appears after CarouselDraft verifies the paid invoice. If it has not updated, wait briefly and reload Billing. If it is still unchanged, email [email protected] with the invoice reference. Do not send card details or login codes.

Does downloading both PDF and PNG use two exports?

Yes. A new PDF and a new PNG ZIP are separate export tasks, each using one export allowance on success. Downloading an already successful result again does not add usage. Manual text edits do not use a generation, export, or rewrite allowance; requesting Shorten or Rephrase uses the separate rewrite allowance even when it fails.
