Service access, content rights, subscriptions, and responsibilities.

Using CarouselDraft

CarouselDraft turns articles, pasted text, and text-based PDFs into editable carousel slides and PDF or PNG ZIP downloads. These terms apply when you use the service. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and keep your sign-in email secure. Contact [email protected] with questions.

Your content and generated work

You keep your rights in the material you submit and the slides you create. You give CarouselDraft permission to store, process, and display that material to you, and to send the text needed for generation to its AI processor. This permission is limited to operating and supporting the service. You must have the rights needed to submit and use your material; output does not give you rights in someone else’s content.

Review every generated slide against the original source before publishing, including numbers, quotations, qualifications, and context. AI output can contain mistakes. Source references support your review and do not independently verify a claim. Do not rely on generated content as professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

Trial, subscription, and allowances

The free trial starts at your first verified sign-in and provides 3 generations and 3 new exports for 14 days, once per account. Pro costs US$19 per month and provides 100 generations and 100 new exports per paid billing period. Each new PDF or PNG ZIP export uses one export allowance. Allowances expire at the end of their period and do not roll over. Applicable taxes, if any, are shown before payment.

Pro renews monthly until canceled. Use Manage billing to cancel; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Canceling a subscription does not itself request a refund. Manual editing and downloading or recreating the same successful export version do not use another generation or export. The trial includes 10 AI slide rewrite requests, and Pro includes 300 per billing period. Rewrite requests require a current allowance period and count toward this separate limit even if a request fails. Manual edits remain free.

Acceptable use

• Use sources you own, are allowed to use, or can lawfully access. Do not bypass paywalls, logins, or access restrictions.
• Do not upload unlawful material, impersonate others, infringe rights, or use the service to harass, defraud, or distribute malware.
• Do not share accounts to evade limits, create multiple accounts for repeated trials, interfere with other users, or attempt to access private projects or credentials.

Service changes and responsibility

CarouselDraft is provided with reasonable care, but uninterrupted availability and error-free output cannot be guaranteed. Keep your own copies of important work. We may pause access to investigate misuse, security incidents, or unpaid charges, and may update features or plans. Changes to a paid plan apply to a future renewal with notice; the price shown at checkout controls your current purchase.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, liability for claims relating to the service is limited to the subscription fees you paid for it during the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limit does not exclude rights or liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded, including applicable consumer rights.

Ending your account and resolving questions

You can export your account data and request account deletion from Account after a recent sign-in. Finish active tasks and end an active subscription first. Deletion and backup periods are explained in Data retention. Refund requests follow the Refund policy. Contact [email protected] first about service or billing problems; nothing here limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived.

Updates to these terms

The version and effective date displayed on this page identify the current terms. Material changes will be communicated through the service or your account email before they take effect where required. The Privacy policy, Refund policy, and Data retention policy explain the related practices.
