Refund policy
Refund requests, cancellation, failed tasks, and allowance adjustments.
Requesting a refund
For your first Pro monthly payment, you may request a full refund within 7 calendar days after payment by emailing [email protected] from your account email. Include the payment date and Stripe invoice or receipt reference. Do not send card numbers, passwords, sign-in codes, or private source documents. The free trial has no payment to refund.
Renewal payments are normally non-refundable and unused allowance does not have a cash value. Contact support about duplicate or incorrect charges, a sustained service failure, or any refund right provided by applicable law. This policy does not limit mandatory consumer rights.
Canceling a subscription
Cancel through Manage billing before your next renewal to stop future monthly charges. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and remaining eligible allowance keeps its original expiry date. Cancellation alone does not refund a payment. A refund alone does not cancel future renewals, so also cancel the subscription if you no longer want it.
Failed tasks and allowances
A generation or new export reserves one allowance while it runs. A confirmed failure releases that reservation. Unknown model results are not automatically retried. Re-downloading or recreating the same successful export version does not use another export allowance. Allowance adjustments are separate from cash refunds.
How refunds and disputes affect access
A full refund withdraws the unused allowance funded by that invoice. A partial refund leaves its remaining allowance unchanged unless an adjustment is separately agreed. A payment dispute freezes unused allowance from the disputed invoice while the dispute is open. A successful dispute defense restores the remaining allowance only if its original period has not expired; a lost dispute keeps it withdrawn. These actions do not refill previously used allowance or remove a separate trial grant.
Refund timing
Approved refunds are sent through Stripe to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank and payment method. We confirm the refund action by email; a provider may need additional time to post it to your statement.
