Download your data or delete your account
Find account exports, delete projects, and understand file removal and backup retention.
Keep project data private
Projects, uploaded images, source text, and exports require the owning account. A project or file ID alone does not give another user access. See the Privacy policy for service-provider and authorized administration access.
Retention settings
Trial or subscription expiry does not automatically delete saved projects. Export files are kept for 7 days, and operational logs and restricted backups for up to 30 days. Keep your own copies of work you need.
Deletion requests
In Account, choose Download my data to get an account export. Deleting a project removes it from the workspace and queues export files for removal; reusable images stay in the separate library. Account deletion requires a recent sign-in and email confirmation, with no active tasks or subscription. Cancel renewal and wait until the subscription has ended if deletion is blocked. Backup and payment records follow the published retention policy.
When contacting support
Include the project or job ID when it helps explain an issue. Leave out passwords, login codes, card details, and private source documents. Send privacy or deletion questions from your account email.
Does deleting a project remove reusable images?
Deleting a project removes it from the workspace and queues its export files for removal. Images in the reusable library are managed separately. Download files you need before deletion, and use the published retention policy for backup and payment-record details.
