Review an AI outline against its sources

Check the AI draft, then review the accepted slides against their original passages before sharing.

Read the linked passages

Read the AI outline and choose Use this outline to accept it. Then select a slide to read its linked source paragraphs. PDF sources also retain page references. This is text extracted from your input, separate from the AI draft. Compare it with the original file if the reading order looks wrong.

Check numbers in context

Read the full statement around each number. Keep the unit, group, time period, and qualifications with it. A number missing from the linked source blocks export; a matching number still needs your review for meaning.

Review the slide order

Use Move up and Move down to reorder slides. You can use these buttons with a keyboard or on a phone, without dragging. Read the titles in order to check that the sequence makes sense.

Accept or dismiss AI rewrites

Shorten with AI and Rephrase with AI create suggestions for one slide. Each request counts toward your rewrite limit, even if it fails. Choose Use this wording to accept or Keep my text to dismiss it. If the slide changed after the request, your newer wording is protected; request another suggestion from the saved version.

What can I check before accepting the outline?

Before acceptance, read the proposed slide titles and body text and decide whether to use the draft. Per-slide source review and editing follow acceptance. Read the linked passages, check that the title and body make the same supported claim, then arrange the sequence before the final design review.
