Add, position, and reuse images

Choose an image, adjust its crop, and check that you have permission to share it.

Use a built-in decorative image or upload a PNG, JPEG, or WebP you have permission to use. SVG files are not supported. An image that fits the topic is not necessarily licensed for reuse.

Choose and position an image

In the slide’s Style panel, choose a built-in image or upload your own. Use the left-to-right and top-to-bottom controls to adjust its position. Check the crop again after changing the layout or canvas size.

Reuse an uploaded image

Your uploaded images appear in the image library. Select one to reuse it. Removing an image from a slide does not delete the stored image. An image linked to a project, brand, or saved export must be unlinked before it can be deleted from the library.

Separate decoration from evidence

The built-in desk and landscape images are AI-generated illustrations. They do not show a customer, a study, or evidence for the surrounding text. If an image needs to document a claim, use material with a traceable source and permission to share.

Check the final output

Check that the subject is visible, text remains readable, and no private details appear in the image. Open the exported PDF or PNGs to review the final crop.

Does the AI draft prove that an image belongs with a claim?

No. Check the image separately for permission, relevance, and what it appears to document. A decorative photo should not imply it shows a real customer, study, or result. Review the crop in the chosen layout and exported file, especially when text sits over the image.
